Programmes
TLC-FMG offers several programmes, consisting of a set of multiple courses, for different target groups:
- For starting teachers in a Teacher 4 position we offer the Workgroup Teacher Programme (WTP)
- For PhD students and Postdocs with teaching obligations there is the PhD + Postdoc Teacher Programme
- For teachers with teaching experience who want to obtain their teaching certificate we offer (in collaboration with TLC Central) the University Teaching Qualification (UTQ / Basiskwalificatie Onderwijs – BKO) trajectory
Other programmes also available for FMG teachers, organised by TLC Central:
- Senior Teaching Qualification (STQ), for assistant-professors, associate professors and full professors who design education at curriculum level
- Educational Leadership, for UvA staff with a strategic teaching position
- Designing Educational Material, for UvA teachers who have obtained their UTQ
- Assessment Track, for UvA teachers who have obtained their UTQ

In this programme, PhD students are provided with scientifically guided training modules, teaching tools, and an open community of teachers to share and co-create education.
Workgroup Teacher Programme (WTP)
The Workgroup Teacher Programme (WTP) is a two-year programme for teachers in a Teacher 4 position, offering foundational training in university teaching.
Senior Teaching Qualification (STQ)
This program supports lecturers in guiding the process of a curriculum development.
Educational Leadership
This programme focuses on continuous development of educational depth and leadership.
