Camtasia is a video recording and editing tool for Windows and Mac that allows you to record your screen, add effects, and share your videos.
You can use Camtasia to...
- Record your screen, webcam feed and audio
- Edit produced recording by using Camtasia’s drag-and-drop editor
- Add annotations, arrows, shapes and quizzes to the recording through the editor, as well as as various transitions, animations, effects and closed captions.
If you merely want to use some of the basic editing functionalities, we suggest using Kaltura instead. However, if you want to make use of Camtasia’s extra functionalities, you can contact ICTO for access.
