PhD Teacher Programme

The programme helps PhD students to bridge the gap between the UvA vision on education and their daily educational practice. This is done by creating a rich learning environment in which PhD students will be provided with scientifically guided training modules, teaching tools, and an open community of teachers to share and co-create education. The PhD Teacher Programme aims to stimulate four core competencies of university teachers:

1. Teaching
2. Testing and assessing students
3. Supervising students
4. Evaluating one’s own teaching

• By clicking on a module you will be directed to the information page where you can register for the separate module. You can also register for the whole programme by clicking here. Be aware that when you enroll for the whole programme, after that, you need to enroll for a specific moment for each module in the registration environment you are redirected to.
• The registration deadline is one week before the start of each course.
