At TLC-FMG we are here to support teachers in their Academic careers. We want to help all teachers elevate their teaching and create a healthy teaching and learning environment! To do this, we offer several courses and programmes that are open to all teachers. The topics vary from basic teaching principles to LEGO serious play workshops.

TLC-FMG Individual coaching
As a teacher, you may recognize patterns that seem to repeat themselves. At TLC-FMG, we offer individual coaching as a space to explore these patterns and strengthen your awareness of how you interact in the classroom. Through guided reflection and targeted exercises, coaching invites you to look at yourself with curiosity and honesty, and to experiment with new ways of responding that feel authentic to you.
University Teaching Qualification (Dutch: Basiskwalificatie Onderwijs)
The University Teaching Qualification (UTQ; Dutch: Basiskwalificatie Onderwijs – BKO) certificate is an official Dutch benchmark for university teachers.
