Offering e-learnings makes it possible to share knowledge independent of time and place. For example, e-learning can be used to prepare students for lectures to introduce the subject, so that more depth can be given during the lecture. By offering e-learning in advance, space is created for class reflection, discussion or practical exercises. Students can hereby determine the pace themselves and can spend as much time on the e-learning as they need. In addition, the use of existing e-learning saves in-house development time, and finally, knowledge is shared among various UMCs.
