Learn and co-create with TLC Science
For lecturers who want to start with active teaching methods, just not alone, we offer several options to learn or co-create together with TLC Science. We can support you at every stage of your teaching journey; explore the options below.
TLC Science happily offers, for example, one-on-one sessions, workshops for teaching teams, knowledge sharing sessions, co-creating sessions focused on course analysis or course design, and more. You can find an overview below, but you can reach out to us with any other request or question regarding active learning.
If you like to have a tailor made session with us, don’t hesitate to contact us. Let us know what kind of session you’re looking for (e.g. get more knowledge, actively working on a redesign, analysing specific course(s) or a whole programme, sharing experiences with peers, etc.), how many people would like to attend and how much time you have (2 hours, half a day, a full day, a single workshop, etc.), and we can come up with a fitting plan together.
We can organise:
- One-on-one brainstorming sessions, for example about:
- Problem analysis or specific problems in a course
- Activating tutorials
- Interactive lectures
- Etc.
- Assistance with lesson plans or course design
- Assistance with TA instructions
- Small (or large) pilots with active learning your course or programme
