Coaching is a supportive, guiding conversation focused on helping students explore their thoughts and find their own solutions. This module is crucial for anyone in a mentor role who regularly has one-on-one conversations and wants to adopt a coaching approach. You will develop essential skills to actively listen, summarize, and ask meaningful questions. You will also learn how to respond to emotional students and know when and how to refer them for additional support.
