In this demanding profession, situations can arise that are not easily solved with quick fixes. You may recognize patterns that seem to repeat themselves: certain classroom dynamics that keep returning, particular students or groups that trigger the same responses, or moments where you feel you are not acting the way you would ideally want to as a teacher or colleague.
At TLC-FMG, we offer individual coaching as a space to explore these patterns and strengthen your awareness of how you interact in the classroom. Coaching is not about receiving ready-made strategies, or advice on what you should do differently. Instead, it is a reflective and sometimes confronting process in which you examine your assumptions, reactions, and habits in the classroom and outside. Through guided reflection and targeted exercises, coaching invites you to look at yourself with curiosity and honesty, and to experiment with new ways of responding that feel authentic to you.
