Tailoring supervision

This module focuses on one-on-one supervision of students, for example in the form of mentorship, internship supervision or supervising theses. How you, as a teacher, can match your supervision style to the student’s competence and commitment is central in this module. Teachers will play out cases with an actor to practice with common situations regarding supervision.
