Module 3 | The learning environment you create | FNWI

Pre-BKO
FNWI

How do you create a learning environment where students feel motivated to learn? What can you do as a teacher and what does the literature say about this?

Course description

Key module

As a teacher, creating a learning environment in which everyone can thrive is one of the most important tasks. This means that you have to create an environment where physical, social and intellectual safety is guarded. But how do you do this and what is your influence as a teacher? In this module, we will discuss what the elements are of the self-determination theory and how to translate this to your educational practice.
