Maybe you are mentoring a group of students, you supervise students in their thesis or internship or you are assisting in subgroup cooperation problems. In these diverse situations you may find it challenging to strike the right balance between supervisor and assessor. In this training we will practice with this balance and next to that, you will learn which type of supervision matches the competence and commitment of your student. You will also work on guiding a supervision conversation with active listening skills and receive some guidelines on how to structure your supervision contact moments.
