Didactic bootcamp

The aim of this two-day bootcamp is to function as a kick-start for your teaching, and for you to feel ready and confident to start your classes. During the training we will work with basic principles of good teaching. You reflect on your role as a teacher in regard to the learning process of students. You learn to identify and apply teaching strategies and you receive tools to create a safe learning environment in your workgroup. You will practice with a number of situations that you might encounter during workgroups. You will collect practical tools to work with your students with confidence.

Other people’s experience…

“The chance to ask all my questions, hear from others’ experiences and get inspired by the different elements of teaching. Furthermore, I loved the practical tips & tricks regarding energizers & introduction activities and that we got to try them first hand during the training! This really inspired me and it was a fun way to get the energy in the room back and get to know each other :)”

“The environment allowed for honest speaking and group work. I think bonding with other junior teachers helped. Also, the trainer was amazing and really connected with us and our concerns.”
