AI Advanced Context Engineering

Do you already work with AI and want more control over the quality of the output? In this advanced workshop, you’ll learn how to use UvA AI Chat more effectively by working with multiple sources, different types of input and simple workflows. You’ll discover how thinking more carefully about context leads to better results.

Course details

In this workshop we will learn
This advanced workshop focuses on improving AI output by using context, multiple sources and different types of input in UvA AI Chat in a smart way. Participants learn how to combine and structure documents, text and other inputs to achieve better and more consistent results. They also work on workflows that go beyond a single prompt.

The workshop is practical in nature: participants apply the approach directly to their own material or to a more complex use case as an example. Attention is also paid to the limits and pitfalls of working with larger amounts of context.

Please note: this workshop is partly dependent on the technical capabilities within UvA AI Chat. Features related to working with files, integrations with systems such as Canvas, and combining sources are still under development and may change. The workshop therefore covers both what is currently possible and what you can already start preparing for.
