The Project Owners are responsible for activities associated with the pillars guiding the TLC and with representing the respective four FMG domains. These positions are staffed by representatives from across the domains to ensure that voices of the domains are always represented in dialogues.

The Trainers offer professional development courses to the teachers of the FMG as well as peer consultation, one-to-one, small group, and ad hoc support. In addition to offering existing courses, they also develop courses based on the needs of the FMG.

In 2024, an AI team was formed to navigate the complex consequences of AI developments for education. The team leads our AI-pilot programme, as well as conducts events, workshops, consultations, and provides insight to the central UvA TLC and ICTS for the functional development of UvA AI developments such as the UvA AI Chatbot.

The TLC-FMG Coaches are members of the teaching community interested in building their teaching dossier and providing teaching support to members of their domain. They serve as an advisory committee to the TLC-FMG; are offered opportunities for additional pedagogical training; and are given support to execute activities within their domain. Coaches also staff the weekly walk-in sessions.
