Evaluating your own teaching
This training helps you assessing your teaching skills and those of your colleagues to enhance teaching quality. You’ll explore various evaluation methods, practice lesson observation, and create a lesson observation plan to collect feedback for your UTQ/BKO portfolio. You’ll also learn peer consultation techniques to reflect on teaching situations.
Note: In Evaluating your own teaching (year 1), you’ll learn to collect feedback, and in year 2’s training Teaching video reflection*, you’ll apply these skills to evaluate teaching videos.
*In previous years this training was named Evaluating your own teaching 2.

Planning 2026-2027
- Teachers who are doing the first year of the Workgroup Teacher Programme (WTP) will register for this module during the Didactic bootcamp (in the final week of August).
- Teachers who are not in the first year of the WTP can register by clicking on your preferred date (preferably the date corresponding with the domain you are teaching in) in the table below; you will then be redirected to our registration environment.
- The registration deadline is one week before the start of each course.
