This module blends self-paced e-learning with an interactive workshop. In the e-learning, you’ll explore key concepts around motivation, group dynamics, and learning climate. You complete it independently before joining the workshop, where we’ll translate these insights into practical strategies for your teaching.
Together, we’ll explore questions like: How do you create a motivating environment where students feel safe to learn and collaborate? What role does group development play? And how can you intentionally adapt your teaching approach to spark curiosity and engagement?
