Professional future

This training provides a space to reflect on your career and professional development. Whether you have clear plans or no idea at all, this session encourages you to explore your future possibilities. You’ll brainstorm your ambitions, consider options such as the University Teaching Qualification (UTQ; Dutch: BKO), research related tasks, or maybe going in a completely different direction. The activities will help you clarify your goals and create a concrete implementation plan for your next steps.

Learning outcomes

By the end of this training you will be able to…

reflect on and discuss desired professional future
investigate/discover personal values for next steps
share experiences regarding your (concept) Personal Development Plan
reflect on lessons learned through their teaching and the Workgroup Teacher Programme (WTP)
(re)formulate personal learning goals and develop an action plan for professional future in a Personal Development Plan
advise peers about their implementation intentions to reach their goals
