Events: SIG Self-Regulated Learning

Dear colleague,

If you have affinity with the topic of self-regulated learning, we would like to invite you to join the new Special Interest Group (SIG) Self-Regulated Learning. This SIG is supported by TLC.

In this SIG, we bring together colleagues from different faculties and disciplines who share an interest in this topic. We will exchange knowledge, experiences, and ideas, and explore together how we can better support students in their learning process.

The specific content and format of the SIG will be determined collectively during the first meeting. This way, the future activities and meeting frequency can align with the needs and interests of the members.

The first two meetings are scheduled for:

  • Tuesday, December 16, 2025, 15:00–17:00 (REC C0.03, TLC-FMG room)
  • Thursday, January 29, 2026, 15:00–17:00 (REC C0.03, TLC-FMG room)

We sincerely hope you would like to help us shape this professional learning community. If you prefer a less active role and would mainly like to stay informed, please let us know as well.

If you know other colleagues who might be interested in self-regulated learning, feel free to invite them to enroll for this meeting.

For questions or more information, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Best regards,

Brigitte ten Brink & Sander Corssmit
(Chairs of the SIG Self-Regulated Learning)
