AI pilot: BSc Biomedische Wetenschappen
The rise of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) has a significant impact on academic education. That’s why the Teaching & Learning Centre Science launched a project integrating GenAI, specifically ChatGPT, into the teaching process. In these GenAI pilot programmes at the Faculty of Science, various applications of GenAI in higher education are being explored and their added value is being evaluated.
BSc Biomedische Wetenschappen
Lotte Tavecchio, Jorg Brunner and Ricardo Paap let their students use ChatGPT as a writing coach when writing a mini thesis. During the seminars, a lot of time was spent on discussing how to deal responsibly with GenAI in writing and research.
