Do you need support?
Do you require support from a teaching assistant during your course or for your teaching? Request this by e-mailing Teaching Support. Teaching Support can offer various kinds of support:
- Support with your hybrid education: help with the technical set-up for lectures, moderating Zoomchat, creating Zoomlinks.
- Support in organising my Canvas page
- Creating registration systems for attendance to hybrid lectures
- Editing knowledge clips and/or lecture recordings
- Support for tools, such as Wooclap, Zoom, Kaltura and FeedbackFruits
- Advice on the structure of my course: how do I stimulate active learning among students?
Would you like to request a technical teaching assistant to support you in your course? Please include the following information in your e-mail request:
- The title of the course.
- What kind of support you need (please be as specific as possible about all the tasks that you want the teaching assistant to carry out).
- When you need support (for example, for support with hybrid education, you can indicate which lectures require help and when they take place).
Teaching Support is also available to answer all kinds of questions about your course or teaching. If Teaching Support cannot answer your question themselves, they will contact the right department to help you find an answer.
